मध्य प्रदेश में शनिवार देर रात पुलिस महकमे में बड़ा प्रशासनिक फेरबदल किया गया। गृह विभाग द्वारा जारी आदेश में 62 आईपीएस अधिकारियों के तबादले और नई पदस्थापनाएं की गई हैं। इस फैसले के तहत कई जिलों के पुलिस अधीक्षक (SP) बदले गए हैं, जबकि वरिष्ठ स्तर पर भी जिम्मेदारियों में बड़ा बदलाव देखने को मिला है।

आदेश के अनुसार कई सीनियर अधिकारियों की जिम्मेदारियां बदली गई हैं।
1993 बैच के अधिकारी रवि कुमार गुप्ता को विशेष पुलिस महानिदेशक (प्रशिक्षण) एवं पुलिस अकादमी भौंरी की जिम्मेदारी दी गई है।
राजाबाबू सिंह (1994) को एडीजी रेल, भोपाल बनाया गया है।
डी.पी. गुप्ता (1994) को सामुदायिक पुलिसिंग और अन्य शाखाओं का दायित्व सौंपा गया है।
सोलोमन यश कुमार (1997) को शिकायत एवं मानव अधिकार शाखा में पदस्थ किया गया है।
जिलों में बड़ा असर, कई SP बदले
इस फेरबदल का असर सीधे जिलों में देखने को मिला है। कई जिलों के पुलिस कप्तानों को बदला गया है, जिनमें प्रमुख रूप से रीवा, शिवपुरी, नीमच, मुरैना, डिंडोरी, सागर, धार, सीहोर, छतरपुर, खंडवा, अनूपपुर, दमोह, सिवनी, मंडला और बालाघाट शामिल हैं।

अमित सिंह (2009) को डीआईजी, विसबल इंदौर रेंज बनाया गया है।
अवधेश कुमार गोस्वामी को पुलिस मुख्यालय, भोपाल भेजा गया है।
वीरेंद्र कुमार सिंह को नर्मदापुरम रेंज की जिम्मेदारी दी गई है।
तुरंत प्रभाव से लागू आदेश
गृह विभाग द्वारा जारी यह आदेश तत्काल प्रभाव से लागू कर दिया गया है। कुछ अधिकारियों को अतिरिक्त प्रभार भी सौंपा गया है, ताकि प्रशासनिक कामकाज प्रभावित न हो।
